In addition to the standard polyaluminium chloride solutions, FDPAC, which are generated by pressure digestion procedure, Feralco offers a range of speciality products, the so-called PLUSPAC series. The products of the PLUSPAC family are manufactured according to a method developed by Feralco and lead to significantly improved product properties:

• Highest ratio of cationic charge on aluminium content (up to 50% higher than standard polyaluminium chloride solution)
• High proportion of highly cationic Al₁₃⁺ molecules
• High degree of polymerisation in the product – the more basic the product, the higher the polymer content and Al₁₃⁺
• High basicity
• High buffer capacity – low pH shift in the acidic range
• Highest product stability
