ISO 9001 certification
February 2009 – Feralco Environnement gets certified according to ISO 9001, version 2008.
Agreement reached on the Basse-Indre site
April 2009 – Feralco Environnement announces that an agreement has been signed to continue operation on the industrial site in Basse-Indre.
New Spanish acquisition
August 2008 – On 31 July 2008 Feralco Europe and Feralco Iberia, SA announce the acquisition of Spanish society Sulfato del Aluminio SA.
Acquisition of Spanish company Auxiliar Papelera SA
April 2008 – The Feralco Group announces the acquisition of 50% of Spanish company Auxiliar Papelera SA, bringing its stake to 100%.
Feralco Italia completes its industrial plan by buying the Livorno plant
October 2007 – The unit was former operated by subcontractor Rhodia and this acquisition completes the project launched in 2004.
New aluminium sulphate plant in the Rhône-Alpes region
February 2007 – The plant in Roches de Condrieu completes the coverage of the French market.
Inauguration of new European research lab
October 2005 – The company has invested in an unparalleled research and development laboratory.
