Ferric chloride
Ferric chloride, also known as ferric perchloride or ferric chloride III, is widely used in the automotive or electronics industries for the attack on metals. It is used in physical-chemical treatment of urban or industrial wastewater for the reduction of phosphorus, suspended solids, colloids and COD. It is also used to fight against odour problems and for sludge conditioning on filter press.
The Feracid’s FeCl3, due to a high level of purity, can be used in drinking water production to precipitate the suspended solids and colloids.
